Court reject Mohander application of habeas corpus..

very the susah and controversial..Mohander is an ISA detainee yg sekarang adalah sorg wakil rakyat even he's still in ISA..the case was rejected because prima facie could not be established..very x logic okayy..rejected just because the case did not adhered to judicial procedures..

BUsy nyer hidup..huhu!!!
